Local youth sailor Jules Mitchell is hoping to represent Antigua & Barbuda in the 2014 Orange Bowl Youth Regatta, which takes place in Florida over December 26 – 30. The regatta is one of the world’s largest for sailors aged 8 – 18, with last year’s event boasting 689 competitors from 27 states and 23 countries. Jules hopes to compete again this year and an online campaign has been started to raise funds to cover the expenses of competing.
