AMENDMENTS TO THE RACING RULES OF SAILING Monday 7th February 2011
During this busy racing season, racing sailors are reminded that ISAF, the International Sailing Federation, made amendments to The Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 and those amendments took effect as of the 1st of January, 2010. The Royal Yachting Association published those amendments with text offering guidance as to why the amendments were made and what effect they have on the racing rules.
Below is the document published by the RYA outlining the amendments and the accompanying explanations. It's never a bad time to brush up on the racing rules and their latest amendments.
