ATLANTIC DASH SETS OFF FROM LANZAROTE Monday 8th January 2024
The Atlantic Dash has officially started!
Three teams are rowing 3,200 miles from Lanzarote in the Canary Islands to Antigua in this years C-MAP Atlantic Dash and their destination is Jolly Harbour Marina and Boatyard.
Atlantic Rocks, Destiny’s Tide and The Brightsides are all up for the challenge and are 96 hours in.
With the inaugural regatta in 2023, the event is set to be aim an annual event, with an Antiguan team making the row in 2025. The journey begins amidst the scenic beauty of Marina Rubicón in Lanzarote, one of the picturesque Canary Islands, their destination? Antigua of course, rowing into Jolly Harbour.
