Heather Cooper has completed her swim to raise funds for Antiguan youth sailors. On 5th June she swam to Green Island and back to raise funds to get our young local sailors to upcoming international regattas.

From Heather after completing her swim: "Well I completed it! Phew! Longest distance I've swam. Green island to Emerald cove dock and back again. As the crow flies it is about 5km but given the chop and mild current, my swim was not straight. It turned out to be about 7-7.5km! One or two jelly fish stings and a packed up left knee, only one cramp so felt pretty ok. Kinda surprised my shoulders have not fallen off yet haha!

I got some donations whilst swimming (Thank You!!) but we are still looking for more so please keep sharing and spreading the word people! Majority of my donations so far have been from people out side of Antigua.... Don't mind if it is small, it all adds up!"
