Team Antigua & Barbuda smashed their races at the Qualifying Series of the Star Sailors League (SSL) Gold Cup, and are through to the finals being held in November.

SSL Team Antigua & Barbuda won the only race of the day for Group 1. The Antiguan Rum Runners crossed the finish line well ahead (+3'13") of SSL Team Tahiti after a full controlled race.

Following further racing, Team Antigua & Barbuda pushed through to secure a spot at the finals, and hold top spot in the general ranking for round 1:
