Nine-members in five sporting disciplines are representing Antigua and Barbuda at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
The team members are:

- Priscilla Frederick - High Jump.
- Jody Maginley - Tennis
- Alston Ryan - Boxing
- Lleyton Martin - Swimming
- Bianca Mitchell - Swimming
