YOUTH MEDIA INITIATIVE TRAINING Thursday 28th March 2013
The Department of Youth Affairs with support from UNICEF will again be offering its Youth Media Workshop, to support its Youth Media Initiative. 40 young persons, 13-20yrs will be trained in TV and radio productions as well as journalism and photography. This is part of the Department’s strategic plan to empower and engage young people, and tool them with the skills necessary to contribute to social dialogue.
Training will take place at the Department of Youth Affairs, Monday 8thto Friday 12 April from 9am to 4pm daily.
Interested youth are asked to register in person at the Department of Youth Affairs Prime Minister’s Office Drive, (off factory Road). Space is limited.
Young persons are encouraged to capitalize on this opportunity to build skills.
