POLICE SETTLE WITH SECOND DRAW WHILE SAP BEAT EMPRESS 1-NIL Monday 25th October 2010
The ladies of the Royal Antigua Police Force could not find the net and cruised to a nil all draw against the Ottos Tigress, in the second game of the night, in the 9th Annual CPTSA Female Football Tournament at YASCO on Saturday, October 23rd.
This is the Police’s second draw in as many games and the Ti-gress’ first game of the tournament.
Police managed only two (2) shots on goal while Tigress had four (4) chances.
Tigress, with some new and young recruits stayed afloat to keep their bigger and more experienced opponents at bay.
Tigress is now seeing a rebirth with some young talented players, and under the guidance of Coach Kelesha Antoine, should later in the tournament produce some good results.
