4TH ANNUAL HOMES FAMILIES AND GARDENS FESTIVAL POETRY AND RESEARCH COMPETITION Tuesday 6th September 2011
The Community Development Division in the Ministry of Social Transformation welcomes entries for its fourth annual Homes Families and Gardens Festival poetry and research competition.
Poems should focus on the theme “Think beautification for the nation’s health and wealth” while the research should be based on the history of the community in which you live or notable persons.
Compete in any of the following categories for the poetry aspect – ages 7-12, 13 – 18 or 19-35. For the research, you have to be between the ages of 9 and 35. You have until November 15 to submit your pieces and can do so via email. Send your entries to hfgf.porecom@gmail.com.
