MANGO PINEAPPLE CULINARY COMPETITION
Friday 10th June 2016

Twenty-four Top Chefs will compete in the 2016 Mango Pineapple Culinary Competition set for July 16, at the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute, and organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Economic Development, Investment and Energy.

They are delighted to announce that this year’s culinary competition will take a new twist!  It is going to be more exciting, more challenging, and more tasty!

There are only 24 spots available for the most ambitious and innovative chefs, and they are looking forward to a competition full of explosive flavours, brilliant colours, and eye-appealing delights.

The Ministry of Tourism is inviting all chefs with a creative flair, interested in showcasing their culinary skills to contact Deborah Annette Michael at the Ministry of Tourism for registration details by email: deptourism@gmail.com  or call tel:(268) 462-0480.

Also of course with mangoes in abundance, and the Antigua Black pineapple being our national fruit, The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Tourism Authority would love to hear about any new menu additions featuring mangoes or pineapples that you will be serving to your guests during the summer months of July and August.  Tell them, and they may just stop by on a press trip, with your restaurant ending up in the pages of an international publication.
