Profiles Antigua Inc. on the behalf of Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority (ABAA), located at V. C. Bird International Airport is accepting applications for the position of Director, Human Resources (HR). V. C. Bird International Airport is one of the Caribbean’s most significant air transportation hubs.
The incumbent will provide leadership and management of the company's various HR functions. She/he will develop and implement a comprehensive corporate HR strategy and aids in the accomplishment of the organization’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the position is expected to have far reaching impact on the image, growth, stability and viability of ABAA.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or equivalent.
- Specialized education/training in Industrial Relations Competency in Human Resource Information Systems.
- Seven (7) years experience in a similar position in a comparable industrial environment.
Selected applicants will be required to complete psychometric assessments.
