On April 26th the Princess Cruise Line awarded two of our most outstanding tour operators within Antigua and Barbuda; for their commitment to Service Excellence. Sting Ray City received the award for the High Volume Tours while Tropical Adventures se-cured the award for the Low Volume Tours.
Owner of the Sting Ray City, Mr. Andrew Moody – Stuart said that he was extremely grateful for the award, as it is a reflection of the guest experience. Although he is indeed thankful to be the recipient of this notable award, he will not take much credit. He dedicates it to his staff as it reflects their hard work and commitment to quality service.
Pia Baptiste, General Manger of Tropical Adventures stated that this award was the ‘people’s choice’. Every year, the guests are asked to judge their experience based on a scale of 1-7 and she is extremely grateful that Tropical Adventures was chosen as a receiver for this award. She also wanted to take the time out to congratulate her Safari drivers on a job well done!
