FCCA’S ENVIRONMENTAL POSTER COMPETITION

The Ministry of Tourism is inviting all grade and primary school students to participate in the FCCA’s Environmental Poster Competition. The competition seeks to promote and stimulate environmental awareness among students and effectively educate younger generations on the importance of environmental protection.

The competition is divided into two categories, the Junior Division (children 12 years and under) and the Senior Division (children 13 to 16 years).

Each student must submit one poster and select a topic of their choice that promotes environmental awareness. Each poster must depict at least three ways in which his/her destination can make a difference in preserving the environment and must be in English.
For further information interested persons should contact Ms. Adele Blair at the Ministry of Tourism, headquarters on Queen Elizabeth Highway at 460-9854/462-0029 ext 255.
Deadline for submission for entry submission is January 10th 2011.
