Each year, British Airways Holidays top-reviewed hotel partners are presented with the Customer Excellence Award. Hotels that receive a rating of at least 9.0 out of 10 from customers, and only those that have received a minimum required number of reviews, are eligible. British Airways Holidays (BAH) top 4% of hotels received this accolade in 2021 – and for many this is their sixth consecutive year, proving an exemplary commitment to BAH customers.
