ANTIGUA & BARBUDA HOTELS & TOURISM ASSOCIATION

The Antigua Hotels and Tourist Association in collaboration with the Antigua Barbuda Tourism Authority hosts the second edition of their Showcase Antigua Barbuda Destination Symposium that will take place at the Grand Royal Antiguan Beach Resort on June 6th 2015. This event provides one full day of pre-scheduled appointment sessions and activities where wholesalers and tour operators from our key source markets world can meet and conduct business with regional suppliers in the tourism industry. We are inviting suppliers not only from Antigua and Barbuda but also from the Islands of the Northern Leeward Islands including Dominica, Guadeloupe, Montserrat, St. Barthelemy, St. Kitts & Nevis. On the other side we will be inviting major tour operators from the UK, US, Canada and mainland Europe as well as the principal OTA’s. We have 20 tour operators already confirmed from the UK, several from the US as well as the major OTA’s. A list is on our webpage at the link below.
 
The cost of registration is US$500.00 per property for AHTA members and US$600.00 for non-AHTA members (this cost is reduced by US$100.00 if paid in full before April 30th) and includes a table top, one delegate and access to a full schedule of appointments and all social events. Additional delegates will need to pay US$175.00

Parallel to this event we will organizing a trade expo, also at the Grand Royal Antiguan, where suppliers to the industry can exhibit their products and services.
