Calling ALL Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders! The ABHTA introduces again its 8-week Virtual ABHTA Supervisory Management Leadership Development Course. If you have the desire to improve your management capabilities, this course is for you.
In this course, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to improve your leadership, communication, workplace relationships, and crucially, improve performance and productivity in the workplace.

This Supervisory Management Leadership Development Course will be facilitated by Ms Shirlene Nibbs, with over 30 years of experience in tourism and training employees in the hospitality/ business sector. Classes will be conducted virtual, via Zoom Platform, Only on Thursdays (5:00pm – 9:00pm).
