The facilitator, Ms. Julie-Ann Laudat, a certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor/examiner has conducted seventeen ServSafe training workshops in eleven Caribbean countries. Over thirteen years of experience in training hundreds of persons in food safety practices locally and regionally.

The 3 Day workshop is scheduled for October 11 – 13th at the Antigua Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute.
The cost of the course is ONLY EC$770.00 which includes, break, lunch, course manual (rental) and Exam. Kindly note that participants will be issued a course manual two weeks before starting date of the class in preparation for a Multiple choice-based exam on the final day of the course.
