The team at Stanley's Estates Agents would like to announce that partner and co-founder Geoffrey Pidduck is retiring, effective immediately.  Geoffrey began his real estate career in Antigua and Barbuda, over 30 years ago.  His experience has been invaluable to Stanley's Estate Agents since its launch in 2009; helping Stanley’s Estates Agents to grow into Antigua’s most respected and experienced real estate company.  

We at Stanley's Estates Agents wish Geoffrey the best in his next endeavours. His contributions to the Agency will be greatly missed. Geoffrey plans to enjoy some personal time off while considering his future direction in Antigua and Barbuda.

With Geoffrey's departure, Co-Founder and Managing Director Bradley Esty is pleased to announce the appointments of Joanne Newell and Gary Ross as new Shareholders and Directors. 

Gary Ross joined the Stanley’s Estate Agents sales team as a Senior Sales Associate. He brings with him over 27 years of sales experience, including four years as a residential real estate and resort sales specialist.

Joanne Newell is Stanley’s Estate Agents’ rental property specialist. She has been immersed in the Antigua real estate, rental business and has developed an uncanny ability to effectively service both owners of rental properties and clients. Years steeped in Antigua’s real estate, rentals and property management business makes Joanne a superb decision to offer Joanne Shareholder and Director roles at Stanley’s Estate Agents.
