The two square miles of enclosed waters are protected from the open sea by a barrier reef and the bay faces the consistent and trade winds. The sailing equipment is well maintained by a qualified group of instructors. The RS Elite fleet of 4 forms the core of the fleet along with beach cats and lasers. Homeowners are encouraged to add to the fleet of boats.

There are three swimming pools including an infinity pool with dramatic views over the bay. The resort offers an in-room spa menu, offering a range of wellness treatments. The stunning restaurant occupies a commanding position on an outdoor covered terrace at the club house with views over the bay and the activities at the beach.
