It's official, Chef Alessandro of Cambusa has joined the team at Wild Tamarind Restaurant to add a modern Italian flair to their menu.

Our menu embraces native influences of the Mediterranean region ... from Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Turkish (Ottoman), and Greek. Our passionate chefs have added a modern flair to these historical cuisines. We use carefully selected fresh ingredients, including those from local farms and the Caribbean Sea. Wild Tamarind is a hymn to culinary art, where the glorious cuisines of the past wink at the contemporary.

Also, enjoy our Chekatti (in Italian “Cicchetti”). This is a centuries-old word Venetian word for small plates. Similar in some ways to Spanish tapas, but the portions are larger. You know the Italians! We have created a selection of Chekatti that are savored at the most famous Bacari (wine bars) of Venice.
