ANTIGUA SAILING WEEK

For everyone heading to Antigua Sailing Week 2015 we are really looking forward to seeing you here by the end of this week. Hopefully you are counting down the days just like us.
 
To make sure you get the best out of the week – here is your final check list:

Crew Waivers – Section 3.7 of the Notice of Race requires all sailors to complete a crew waiver form prior to the start of racing.  We would appreciate if you could do it online before Registration.  If you or any of your crew have not yet completed the form, it can be found here: http://www.sailingweek.com/v4/crew-waiver/.  Allocations of hats, beer, refillable water bottles and other goodies will be based on number of crew waiver forms received for each boat.  We don’t want your crew to miss out on getting their goodies.
 
ASW Race Headquarters will be at Antigua Yacht Club. The committee desk, Registration and afternoon prize givings will all be held there.  For anyone based at the other marinas there will be a shuttle on Friday, Saturday and every afternoon for the prize givings so you can move around more quickly and not have to walk in the hot sun.  Just look out for the signs outside Nelson’s Dockyard and Antigua Yacht Club.  Don’t forget that Registration is mandatory for all boats including bareboats so be sure to send one representative to Antigua Yacht Club on Friday or Saturday morning to complete it.
 
Party Tickets – If you have yet to buy your tickets we suggest you do it now and we will have them waiting for you at Registration.  You can purchase online at: http://www.sailingweek.com/v4/products_categories/event-tickets/.
 
Download the App before you leave home. We suggest you keep an offline copy and that way whether or not you have a wi-fi or data connection you will know where you need to be and at what time every day throughout the week by checking the schedule. It’s available on IOS and Android – just search for Antigua Sailing Week or ASW 2015.
