Big Banana Group of Companies is recruiting individuals for the following positions:
Marketing and Sales Manager
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The sales and marketing manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in marketing and sales.
• Experience in digital marketing, design and photography is a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry software required.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to examine and re-engineer sales operations, form new policies, and develop, and implement new strategies.
• Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
• Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events. Must have own transportation.
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing and Sales Manager. This ideal candidate will by perform internal & external marketing and analysis, monitor and manage social media channels, whilst ensuring content on social media/ websites is consistently up to date.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related (essential)/ Relevant Certification
• One to two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.
