Stingray City Antigua has received a Certificate of Excellence in customer service after receiving a 4.5 rating on the popular online blog known as "Trip Advisor".
Owner and Manager of this incredible attraction Mr. Andrew Moody- Stuart is elated once again to be receiving an award of this magnitude; he subsequently received an award for service excellence from Princess Cruise Lines for excellence in customer service for his high volume tours.
Mr. Stuart gives overwhelming praises once again to his staff, whom without none would be possible. The staff was also very eager to share their sentiments in regards to this prestigious accolade which reflects their commitment to excellence in customer service. “Working here has been amazing, I worked in an office setting before and it was quite boring; I have no regrets being a part of this team; its a wonderful experience ; I enjoy putting a smile on the customers face” stated Fidel Pelle one of Stingray City's longstanding employees. Jameila Fredrick said “I have been employed with Stingray City for the past 6 years. It has been a very good experience. I have been able to meet persons from around the world”.
Most of the staff, who is from the community, all shared the same sentiments; that it is indeed a great honour to be the recipient of such an award. Stingray City Antigua is known for its contribution to the Seaton's community. Some of the youths even gain the opportunity to work during the summer months. Dijon Gardner, who has been working with Stingray City Antigua since age 10, is very grateful to be a part of the team.
