There are AC units in both the bedroom and living room. The apartment is brand new and the area is very quiet and pleasant. The nearest supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
This apartment is available for long and short-term rent.
Long term price is 1800 USD everything included (cap of 100 USD for electricity) - hot tub not included (10 USD per hour - a bottle of sparkling wine offered by the owner)
Short term price is from 200 USD per night – all the taxes included and requires a minimum of 5 nights.
