ABMA GROUP HEALTH PLAN Thursday 29th October 2020
Due to technical issue on the first attempt the ABMA has arranged a second call with State Insurance to discuss the potential for a Group Health Plan to be offered to organisations who are members.
State Insurance has put together a proposal for a very cost-effective and flexible Health Plan which offers individual, individual +1 and family plans and in addition the option to take life insurance. See proposal here, and list of Network Providers.
The rates (listed below) are based on the ABMA having 500 individuals sign-up to the policy through their members.
Employee Only - $140.25
Employee & One - $260.45
Family - $335.45
Rates are per month and payable by the company, who deducts the fee from its employees payroll each month.
As the season is upcoming this maybe something companies wish to consider at a later date and given the current economic situation, however, we thought it was a good time to communicate the options.
Details about the plan are attached and a short Zoom call has been arranged for 9.30 am on Friday, 30th October with Ms. Hodge of State Insurance who will present the details of the policy and answer any questions from the members.
