9 INCH FISH
This is a very distinctive 9 inch fish, not often seen on our coral reefs. It is rather tame when approached by divers. It may be seen when snorkelling on sandy bottoms near coral reefs. The high pointed dorsal fin gives this fish its name as it cuts through the water.
Special thanks to the late Desmond Nicholson of the Museum of Antigua & Barbuda and Peter Duce for making this section of Antigua Nice Ltd possible!
