Blue Waters Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter with a background in electrical work, ideally within a hotel or commercial building environment.

The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications and demonstrated expertise in both residential and commercial carpentry. A strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches is essential in order to fully understand project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate measurements and calculate materials needed

• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g., fiberglass)

• Construct window frames, doors, staircases, and structural frames using raw or pre-constructed materials

• Install flooring, roofing, and drywall, ensuring level and compatible finishes

• Build and install furniture, cabinets, shelves, and related items

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair work

• Construct scaffolding and other temporary structures
