FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
A leader who is an integral part of the team focusing on excellent guest experience while ensuring a profitable business. The successful applicant will:
- Be hands-on, customer focused and revenue driven.
- Report to the Food & Beverage Manager, Asst Food & Beverage Manager, and Restaurant Manager and be responsible for a team of Line Staff
- Be required to take a hands on leadership role in the day to day operations of the resort’s restaurants.
- Any overseas experience in the USA; Europe or the Caribbean at Resorts/Restaurants of comparable standards will be an asset
- Possess the personality and attributes required of this high profile, out front position
- Have the ability to further develop and motivate a well established team
- Be capable of operating within defined budgetary controls
- Be familiar with computerized Point of Sale Systems
