“Great trip, delicious BBQ'd lobster lunch”  Reviewed October 25, 2012

“We were collected on the boat at Jolly Harbour and after picking up some other people on the way we headed to our first snorkel stop near Bird Island- the water was not at its clearest as there had been a storm a few days before, but it was still great to swim in the warm water.
 

Then we went to Bird Island where we had a guided tour to the top of the island which had beautiful views of the surroundings and there are some blow holes in the rocks to see. We did this while lunch was being cooked and after a very good rum punch, then came back to the lunch spot to the delicious smell of BBQ'd lobster!
 

This was the best part of the trip- Mario one of the guides cooked the lobster marvellously and they were very generous with the portions! BBQ'd lobster really is the best way to eat lobster.
 
Had a wonderfully long lunch with a bottle of good white wine at each table. The tables were on the beach and the sea came up to our feet as we ate. The lobster was absolutely delicious!
 

After lunch we had a swim before getting back onto the boat and heading to another snorkel spot- this time we saw the most starfish I have ever seen which was great! After some more rum punch we headed back around the island, back to Jolly Harbour.

Great trip, Mario was a very good guide. Would definitely recommend it.”
