Restaurant Week - From May 4th, get ready to experience Weatherills’s culinary spectacular with our 3-course prix fixe menu. Head Chef Omar has carefully curated an international fare menu with a focus on using local produce. Menu costs USD$75 per person.
Restaurant Week featuring Guest Chef Kareem Roberts - Antiguan chefs Omar Nicholas and Kareem Roberts, visiting from Cambridge, United Kingdom, will use local bullfoot, tamarind, black pineapple, lionfish, and more in a meal that reimagines national cuisine at the historic estate house-turned-hotel. The collaborative five-course tasting menu will be available on two nights, with optional cocktail pairings. The menu will be featured on May 9th and May 18th.
