As we are a boutique hotel with 32 rooms and 2 restaurants your role will involve a high degree of guest interaction and multitasking.
The successful candidate should have:
- 2 years experience in Front Desk and Reservations in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- A positive, friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Roommaster a plus
