VACANCY FOR A FRONT DESK/RESERVATIONS AGENT Thursday 25th January 2024
We have an opening for a friendly, qualified Front Desk / Reservations Agent at Admiral's Inn and Gunpowder Suites.
As we are a boutique hotel with 32 rooms and 2 restaurants your role will involve a high degree of guest interaction and multitasking.
The successful candidate should have:
- 2 years experience in Front Desk and Reservations in a 4- or 5-star hotel
- a positive, friendly, customer-oriented personality ability to multitask
- excellent verbal and written communication skills attention to detail and good organizational skills
- knowledge of Roommaster a plus
