It’s the perfect weather for lunch on your day off! As the sunlight’s reflection bounces off the water and hits the base of their boat, a crew of nine guests make the quick and easy trip over on their tender on the water as smooth as glass to experience MAIA for the first time.
Featured courses:Wahoo Tacos - freshly made, of course! These had a subtle fish flavour, with a slight kick from the spicy jalapenos paired with fresh avocado, onion and pepper on soft taco shells. Yum!
Next up we have the Tuna & Salmon Ceviche - Smooth smoked salmon cuts along with exquisitely soft tuna, with a lovely spicy bite from the onion and pepper paired with toasted bread. This was absolutely gorgeous!
From the main menu, they indulged in - The Grilled Barbudan Lobster, Crispy California & Spicy Tuna Rolls, Chicken Avocado Sandwich, Lobster Sandwich and Truffle Fries. All cooked to perfection and to the delight of the crew.
Last but certainly not least, the featured cocktail of the day was the "Rosemary Paloma" and let's just say it was a hit! Resounding "wows" were heard as the crew took their first sips. With a light burst of citrus flavour and a hint of rosemary, this one is sure to be your cocktail of choice!
