Water’s Edge is a luxuriously spacious beachfront villa located at the end of North beach, at the very end of Jolly Harbour on the west coast of Antigua.

The Caribbean sea is right on the door step of Waters Edge, and the villa is situated at the entrance of the marina with its own beach and view of all passing yachts.

The villa has four gracefully designed en-suite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own private patio area and all rooms have walk-in wardrobes, are fully air conditioned and also have fans. The en-suite bathrooms are generously equipped and fully tiled in travertine. All en-suites have large showers except the master en-suite which has full size bath and double shower unit.

The main living space has a large open plan entertaining area with dining and 2 lounges- one looking out to the ocean and the other is tucked away as a TV area. It is optimally designed for relaxed and enjoyable Caribbean living!

The property has a sense of space all the way through with its high wooden vaulted ceilings.The modern spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances throughout.From the living room the floor to ceiling glass doors and fold back all the way to give you that inside outside feel from the moment you enter the property, you have that stunning view of the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean.

Out onto the patio there is a BBQ and Jacuzzi/hot tub as well as swimming pool surrounded by ample decking - plenty of space to lay back and enjoy the days sun whilst listening to the waves softly rolling in just beside you on your own beach.

The villa boasts uninterrupted views of the sunsets and passing yachts.
