Requirements:

• Previous experience in water sports, lifeguarding, or resort activities management.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
