ANTIGUA TO HOST ECVA SUPER 8 VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP Monday 5th November 2012
The Female National Volleyball team is currently training in preparation for hosting the ECVA Super 8 Classic Volleyball Championships at the YMCA indoor Volleyball Gym from November 22—25, 2012.
The Tournament will be played in two (2) Zones with each zone playing a Round-Robin. Matches will commence on Thursday night, November 22, and each morning and night from Friday to Sunday.
The Finals will be played on Sunday night. The teams confirmed to play in the Tournament are St. Lucia, Dominica, St.Kitts/Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grena-dines, Grenada, Tortola, Anguilla, and host, Antigua/Barbuda.
So far, the Antigua/Barbuda Women’s team is looking sharp at practice and is expected to do well at this Tour-nament.
