CPTSA WINGS SPORTS CLUB

All interested teams/clubs should indicate their intention to participate, as soon as possible, but no later than August 31, 2012.  Registration forms and other information will be sent to you in response to this invitation. 

 

Please submit your name, mailing address, telephone numbers, fax and email as soon as possible. The Registration form and fee of $100.00 US should reach the organizers before October 1, 2012. The Registration fee after October 1 will be $125.00 US. 

 

A performance bond of $25.00US must accompany registration. This will be returned at the end of the tournament, once at least 11 players are present at the Opening Ceremony and the team does not forfeit any game.

 

Overseas teams should contact the CPTSA, as soon as possible, for arrivals, accommodation and meal plan. 

 

Trophies and medals will be awarded to the first three places, MVP of each team & overall MVP, the Most Assists, Best Defensive Player, Best Goal-keeper and Most Goals scored. An All Tournament Team and Coach will be selected. The Champion team will also receive $1,000.00 EC, and Second Place $500.00 EC.
