Amazing Villa Dionisi is located on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour just a few minutes stroll from the lovely glittering white sands of North Beach, offering a safe swimming beach just steps away from this two bedroom, two and a half bath terraced villa.

Facing east and capturing the ever present breezes, Villa Dionisi is a cool house and has a delightful sunrise facing patio ideal for entertaining or just to sit and relax and take in the surroundings overlooking the water.

On entering the villa there’s an open floor plan with a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar counter with stools. To one side is a guest restroom (half bathroom). There is a spacious lounge with comfy sofa and armchairs and a smart tv and a dining area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the semi covered patio ideal for outdoor dining or lounging. A small gate opens to steps leading to the water.

A staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two beautifully furnished double bedrooms with stylish en suite bathrooms and fitted closets. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans for additional cooling. There is a washer and dryer in the villa.

The villa is offered for a long term rental (12 months) fully furnished and equipped and move in ready. The villa would ideally suit a single corporate executive or a couple relocating to Antigua.

Jolly Harbour is a secure and private gated community, offers a wide range of facilities. The amenities include a popular golf course, full selection of water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts (under construction) and a fully equipped gym. Also, within the complex there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket, with ATM and banking facilities and a small pharmacy close by.

The rental rate includes monthly rental, Jolly Harbour community charge and internet service. The tenant is responsible for monthly utilities as well as a twice monthly housekeeping visit to the villa.
