SWIMMING THEIR HEARTS OUT

Antigua has experienced a recent increase in Swim Clubs and by extension, an increase in the number of young people in organized groups. Not only does this have a positive on society by all would agree that swimming has many benefits.

Swimming makes for great exercise, but even better, it is a sport which can be continued for a lifetime, beginning from early and ending in the senior years without placing undue impact stress on the body. Swimming, which can also be beneficial for the physically challenged, has the capacity to embrace a broad cross section of society.
