- There is a one-time US$35 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights
- Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is an additional charge of US$30 per day or US$180 per week per person for additional guests.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation with the balance due ten weeks before check-in. Payment in full is required for all bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival.
- A major credit card or US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in
- Cancellations must be received 10 weeks prior to arrival date for return of the deposit
