EMPOWERING HOSPITALITY TEAMS FOR WELLNESS, EXCELLENCE & GROWTH
Thursday 3rd July 2025

At the Antigua & Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association’s (ABHTA) Biennial General Meeting (AGM), we were honoured to welcome Ms. Koren Norton of KN Consulting as our Keynote Speaker. With a wealth of experience in people and organisational development, Ms. Norton delivered a compelling address that underscored the urgent need to prioritise investments in talent, leadership, and workplace culture across the tourism sector.

Her keynote explored the vital connection between employee engagement and business performance, calling on industry leaders to rethink how they attract, retain, and empower their teams. She also emphasized the importance of equity in leadership opportunities and the role of continuous learning in building a resilient, future-ready workforce.

Her insights laid the groundwork for a dynamic AGM, aligning perfectly with our theme: "Investing in People, Powering the Future."

As we collectively rise to meet new industry demands, KN Consulting remains committed to supporting the holistic success of your teams and organizations.

Confidential, professional counseling services for staff at all levels, helping them manage stress, personal challenges, work-related issues, and life transitions.

  2. Improved Guest Reviews:
Better-trained, emotionally balanced teams consistently deliver the kind of service that leads to glowing reviews and return visits.
