SPIDERS
As every where in the world Antigua has its fair share of spiders. In Antigua the largest ones are called horse spiders. They can be as large as the palm of your hand but are very rarely seen, not poisonous and are more scared of you then you are of them. The most common time to see them is following VERY heavy rains when their holes in the ground become flooded.
