Now Hiring: IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our company’s IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functioning of all technology systems, manage a dynamic IT team, and drive innovative solutions to support business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and manage IT systems, networks, and software.
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are up-to-date and reliable.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization.
• Manage the IT budget, including procurement of hardware and software.
• Oversee and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to staff as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and integrate them into the company’s strategy.

Minimum qualifications and experience:
• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Hotel systems would be an advantage. Willingness and ability to work extra hours, weekends/shift hours to complete a task
• An even temperament with initiative to work on own but enjoy working as part of a team while being versatile and willing to undertake routine tasks
