Located at Tamarind Hills resort, Wild Tamarind Restaurant has exceptional views of Ffryes beach and offers the perfect laid-back luxury dining experience.

Wild Tamarind is open to outside guests from 11.00 am, selecting from three menus across two restaurants throughout the day. Lunch in the style of the Chekatti menu, perfect for those wanting to try a range of dishes. Chekatti (Cicchetti in Italian) is an old Venetian word for small plates. Similar to Spanish tapas, but with larger portions, Executive Chef Alessandro Moncada has curated a selection of the finest dishes to share with love. Also, our Asian menu runs during lunch also and includes classic favorites, Poke, and Ramen dishes with a Caribbean flair.

Dinner service runs from 6:30 pm but don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail at the bar and watch the sunset from the restaurant, beach, or Clubhouse ahead of your meal. Take a visit to our wine cellar to see our global selection of the best wines and spirits. These can be tried and tested including rum selections with original distillation.

The evening menu is designed for food lovers; embracing native influences of the Mediterranean including Turkish (Ottoman), special homemade Italian favourites, recipes from the Cycladic islands, specifically Mykonos, and more. Ingredients are carefully selected from local farms and fresh from the Caribbean Sea. A variety of Vegan and Vegetarian options are available and we take extra care providing for those with food allergies and intolerances.
