Situated within the Marina Complex of Jolly Harbour, our
beautiful two
bedroom end of terrace waterfront villa is available for holiday
rental. The Villa is furnished to a very high standard, with
air conditioning throughout and a large 40ft deck built out over
the water,
which can provide mooring for a 40ft yacht. |

The villa has two bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a king sized bed has a balcony
overlooking the water with breathtaking views and sunsets. The
second bedroom is twin bedded. The Villa sleeps four people in
total, with additional cot facilities. |

On the ground floor the layout has been designed open-plan, with
a fully equipped kitchen and dining area along with a separate
w/c. The dining area leads in to the living room with
contemporary furniture. The living area comes complete with TV
and DVD/CD system together with a selection of CDs and movies.
A direct dial telephone is available for non-international
calls. |

With outdoor living in mind the
patio doors open on to a spacious covered sun terrace and 40ft
deck with sun loungers and an outside dining table and chairs
for ‘al-fresco' dining. The villa comes completely fully
furnished for your comfort. |

The villa is situated in the Jolly Harbour Resort Complex which
is the largest marina, golf and beach resort in the Caribbean.
Situated on the beautiful West coast of Antigua. Our villa,
located on the quiet North Finger, is the perfect spot for
anyone who wants a more private yet affordable holiday in a
great home away from home! The supermarket makes it easy
for those who prefer to prepare their own meals, although there
are plenty of restaurants if you prefer to eat out.
BBR
Sportive Sports Club offers guests the use of the large swimming
pool free of charge. Other sports facilities such as tennis,
squash, basketball and water sports are available at a small
additional charge. Golfers will want to play a round or two at
the Jolly Harbour Golf Course. There is a regular shuttle
service between the Jolly Harbour shopping center, golf course,
the villas and the beach. |
