THE 4TH ANNUAL STAYCATION EXPO REGISTRATION IS OPEN Tuesday 20th March 2012
The Ministry of Tourism takes great pride in hosting the 4th Annual Staycation Expo 2012, under the caption "Relax, Rejuvenate, Get Energized & Excited!"
Exhibitors are invited to the annual event. This is a two day expo to be held at the Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium Parking Lot on Saturday, May 19th and Sunday, May 20th, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily.
Interested persons are asked to register early for this expo to ensure they are assigned the location they desire. Registration will be held from Monday, March 12, 2012 to Friday, April 13, 2012 between the hours of 9:00am to 12:00pm, Monday to Friday at the Ministry of Tourism on Queen Elizabeth Highway. The cost of a booth ranges from EC$150 to EC$250. See guidelines for additional information and download registration form here.
Booths will be allocated as registration forms and payments are received.
Booth requests are subject to availability; however, every effort will be made to accommodate each request. View 2012 layout here.
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibition area as early as 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18th 2012 to set up their displays.
A prize will be awarded to the exhibitor with the best booth display. All displays should be down by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 20th 2012. See best booth display information here.
Over the past three years the expo has wonderfully showcased Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism product offering. They are expecting that this year’s expo will surpass previous standards.
