Learning to swim is great fun
Whatever your ability, Swalings is the place to learn to swim.
We offer courses for everyone from 3 months old (Birthlight
classes) to advanced swimmers (lifesaving and first aid). Our
philosophy is that swimming is healthy both for the mind and the
body. We use a unique method which pays careful attention to
body position and body awareness which enhances calmness and
grace in the water. The team offer group classes, 1 to 1
tuition, crash courses, residential courses and Aquasice
classes. As a visitor to the Island you will find swimming
classes at BBR in Jolly Harbour, or we can come to your place of
residence and teach in your own home. |

If
you have forgotten your goggles or floats - don't worry, we sell
everything you would possibly need ranging from UV50spf+
sunsuits to keep away the harmful suns rays, goggles, floats,
toys, costumes you name it. Give us a call so you can thoroughly
enjoy the water. |

First Aid and Lifeguard Training
Swalings has a number of courses in First Aid and Lifeguarding
on offer. The courses we offer are internationally recognised
and to international standards. The courses are run in
conjunction with the STA (Safety Training Awards) and NaRS
(National Rescue Standard). |
