established in 1960 by Antiguan born and bred, Susannah
Tonge, affectionately known as Aunt Susie. Today, the
sauces are known around the world, and are still
produced in the family kitchen by her daughter
with a passion! |

Aunt Susie was a culinary explorer who
was constantly experimenting with new recipes – little did she
know at the time that one of her ‘experiments’ would develop
into Antigua’s award winning and best selling hot sauce! |

Only pure, natural ingredients have ever been

preservative used. |

The range of sauces have expanded over the years
