Saffron is Antigua’s only authentic Indian
Restaurant, offering an extensive menu which takes you
on a journey through the Indian subcontinent. Our three
chefs are from the Delhi region of India, and our Head
Chef spent 7 years at the Jamurai Beach Club for 5
years and 2 years at the world famous Burgh Ala Larab in
Dubai. |

Saffron’s recipes are an eclectic mix of spices and herbs
creating all the well known Indian dishes and our signature
dish is a Tandoori Mixed Platter with shrimps, lamb and
chicken. We also offer spicier dishes like Jalfrezie or
Madras and a wide choice of vegetable curry dishes. |

Try a fusion
dish, where Asia meets the west with - Tandoori lamb chops with
Masala Mashed Potatoes or Naan Pizzas with cheese, tomato,
peppers and spicy chicken on a delicious naan bread base; Thai
and Chinese fusion or steaks and fresh fish. |

Beware of the ‘Simple Selection’ - our clients are often
tempted to experience the exotica of Asia once the aroma
of the flavoursome foods tantalizes the senses. |

Dine
al fresco on the veranda and enjoy the breathtaking
views across the whole of Jolly Harbour Marina. Or stay
cool in our air conditioned contemporary style
restaurant. Ideal for early or late dining with family
or friends; an intimate dinner by candle light; Private
Dining Suite for 14 people; banqueting menus up to 100
people and our ‘To Go’ Menu for entertaining at home.
We carry an extensive wine list; cocktail menu and
Indian beers. |
