special romantic night, a party, or for luxury and ease during
your entire vacation, Stevie Mendes will prepare unique
mouth-watering meals. |

Stevie was born and raised on
the beautiful island of Antigua. He started his culinary career
at the George Brown Culinary School in Toronto Canada and
graduated with a Culinary Management Degree. He then went on to
work at the four star Westin Harbor Castle Hotel in down town
Toronto. |
|
After being away
from home for too long, he returned to Antigua to further his
culinary career where he worked alongside great chefs and became
the Head Chef at The Cove Restaurant. In
2006 he focused his passion on freelance work and very quickly
the word spread among discerning vacation home owners and he
now maintains a healthy client base. |

Stevie's family has been on the
island for many generations, and is known very well in the
community. He’s a true island boy who has grown up around the
sun, sea and sand - loving every second of it. He is very
outgoing and “outdoorsy” and loves fishing, surfing, windsurfing
and kitesurfing. This active island personality radiates in his
cooking and he is really passionate about every dish he
prepares. |

Menus can be presented
beforehand to select from, or your personal requests can be
fulfilled. Being flexible is an integral part of Stevie’s
concept. If you have specific requirements or desires then he
will be able to satisfy them. He has many suppliers around the
island to ensure that the freshest produce, finest seafood and
meats are prepared. |
